My ultrasound did show some cysts but nothing abnormal for someone with PCOS. So she has started me on Provera to induce my period then I can start my first cycle of Clomid! YES!! &nbsp; Anyways we picked out baby names because I like to visualize lol. For a boy - Ian Michael For a girl - Lily Marie What do you think of those names? At first she thought all my symptoms were indicative of PCOS. Fine cool at least I knew what was going on. So she sent me for blood work. And reported back some bad news. I don't have PCOS. But my blood work showed high amounts of the hormone the adrenal gland produces. She says that is normally indicative of a mass on the adrenal gland. She mentioned cancer. When she uttered that word over the phone, I felt my heart drop to my feet. Big Donnie knew instantly something was wrong. I have to go in for an ultrasound, CT scan, and a boat load more blood work. I can't. I just don't know how to process this. And yet all I can think about is how this will impact us having another child. I can't sleep, I don't have an appetite. Donnies birth day is in 12 days. He really wants a WII for his birthday and I really want to get him one. We thought we would have enough. Well we went camping last weekend and on the way their big Donnie got a speeding ticket (first one he ever had which is pretty good for 8 years of driving), for going 10 mph over. Such bull shit since the cop was going the other direction and had his lights on before he even saw us. It was a small town so he just didn't have anything better to do then hussle some out of towners. UGH. The cost of the ticket is just $40 shy of what we had saved up for his birthday. I feel like crap. We are trying to do it but we just had to pay bills so there is not a whole lot of money left over. But I do feel good knowing that the really important stuff is taken care of. Bills are paid and we have plenty of food.&nbsp; And I think I have PCOS to top it all off. Over the past 14 months my cycles have been like this... July 2010- Normal period on the 26th August 2010- No period September 2010- No period October 2010 - Period on the 30th (went to the OB before period and she said everything was fine) November 2010- No period December - 2010 Period on the 15th January 2011- No period Feburary 2011- No period March 2011- No period April 2011- Period on the 16th May 2011- Period on the 28th June 2011- No period August 2011- No period Spetember 2011- Period on the 26th I have gained like 20 lbs in the past year, have a &quot;dark&quot; spot on my neck and the irregular periods suggest I'm not ovulating. I have not been to the doc since October because I had really crapy insurance. But now that I got my promotion I have better insurance that I sent the paper work out for today. So hopefully I will be able to get to the doctor in a couple of weeks.&nbsp; &nbsp; On a better note, Little Donnie started kindergarten. He LOVES it, and so do I. He was only in preschool 3 days a week for 2 and a half hours. So him going everyday for 8 hours is amazing! Gives me so much time to do stuff around the house.&nbsp; &nbsp; This possibly having PCOS thing is killing me. It is so frustrating trying to get pregnant for 3 months now when we got pregnant with Donnie in 1 night of unprotected sex. And now when we are really ready for a baby, we can't get pregnant.&nbsp; Rereading the entry makes me realize that it seems we are not financially ready for a baby. But we are. And all the tests are negative! Ugh I just wish I knew what the hell was going on with my body. I need to see the doctor, but my new insurance doesnt kick in for another 60 days. =( On another note I have convinced Donnie not to have our next son circumisied. Showed the facts about how its not recommended by The AAP, and there's really no proven bennifits. So thats a small victory. I'm a fucking idiot. I took a pregnancy test yesterday. One that I bought in a lot of amazon so its just the strip without the plastic piece. I thought it was positive so I told everyone like a dumbass. Well this morning I took a store bought just to be sure and it was negitave. So I looked at pictures of positive results of the one I got from amazon and I read the damn test wrong. Im so fucking stupid. I feel like shit. Here I am thinking Im pregnant, telling my husband, our son, my closest friends.
