farouttt i haven't written in ages man

i have been really sick lately and i have just been sleeping and watching dvds

hmm catch up .. kay .. hmm oh me and steven .. it was our one month the other day :D hes gorgeous .. cept im not talking to him coz hes not letting me get this concave bob haircut like.. victoria beckham but a bit longer .. ill probably end up talking to him

i saw my dad this weekend hes cool and my mums always a bitch to me when i see him i don't get it ... whore

next sat im going to my first party with steven

omg yeh i went to court it sucked assss the police were supposed to represent me and they didn't so i had to represent myself and daniel kept staring at me its like fuck off man your so totally out of my life now i ended up balling my eyes out the whole time i was there stupid social worker thought i was traumatised .. hun i was just upset ..so he can't speak to me through any means and can't go within 100 metres of me for 12 months

i saw his mate the other day and apparently he hates me peh hes a low life whos gunna end up on the streets so to be honest i don't care

mates are good i never really see them .. only in the holidays.... i kinda miss having a best friend well actually a lot but ive noticed they r heaps immature like i think once you leave school and get into the real working world you mature a lot

ive recently started talking to my ex bf andrew hes a great guy im always talking to him on the phone or on msn he recently had a gf who hated me and she andrew to get her pregnant haha fat chance slut

then she started having a go at me and blaming me for her not getting pregnant then she was abusing me about my misscarriage fukin skank .. me and andrew refer to her as the cow lol

he gets soo many girls its not funny and im the one always helping him choose which one hes a bloody man whore

so yeh thats about it .. well what i can think of anyways it ain't that interesting lol

i am so stressed right now it ain't funny

ive got a cold and its really annoying me i hate this stupid weather why does it have to be cold and rainy and windy i hate it so much

daniel and the court shit is stressing me out more than ever i cry every night becoz what happened and whats happening (what happened is in the entry ice packs and thai food i i think) and is kinda like steven doesn't really understand whats going on and if daniel pleads not guilty it will go really bad it will go further like baristas and mean lawyers arghh

and at work apparently i gave someone 10 dollars off a jacket which i don't even know how to do and they were already pissed at me coz i was late to work the other day but that seriously wasn't my fault the cops came to my house man fuckin hell no one really understands whats going on other than my mum i guess thats a first aye.. lol

and i have a massive headache right now .. my head hurts ouch

i just want a time out from work court cops mum daniel steven friends everything i just want time to stop for just a day maybe so i can just lay on the beach on a hot day for the whole day and ill be fine

ever since my birthday incident ive been in the city every day and going out at night and working as well i haven't been home alone .. im too scared to even be in my own suburb by myself the court is calling me on tuesday so i can make a statement

i went to a party last night before i tell you about the party i will tell you two very important things first firstly steven asked me out wooo yeah .. i would like to say bout frickin time man! and also back in my days in high school i was probably the most talked about girl i would go to the toilets at lunch then they would have a nice gossip you know that girl and she did that ... then they would walk out see me staring at them with my arms crossed left foot tapping on the ground they would stand there stunned then walk out rather fast ..and they wash their hands its like they are not happy about their own lives and have nothing better to do but to gossip about another girl .. stupid

so the party :D i got very very very very drunk lol the guys wanted to introduce themselves so they say their first and last name then im like hi then i say my first and last name everyone got shocked one guy ran around in circles and then are you really her? and then omg!!! you are really her they sed they have heard so much about me ..peh i wasn't suprised and i found out they were mates with my bf steven and one of them told me that steven called them to make sure i didn't get up to trouble lol i had d n ms with all of my mates i love them all so much then i heard ashleigh one of my good mates from school punched juliet haha ive never really liked her but ash and juliet use to be besties when i was at school and it was all over sum guy then thats where the party started to end, danielle started to cry becoz her good mates were fighting i was comforting the girls and josh stevens mate was looking after me coz i couldn't walk straight , so me and josh got sick of all the girls crying and we went to look for marc coz thats who the girls were fighting over found him he punched a street sign and broke down crying in the middle of the road he was so upset the love he had for juliet was so gorgeous but aww the fact that he was crying for her shes very lucky i didn't really understand what the fight was about oh wells

im gunna get some orange juice :D

my birthday every year it sucks .. its that one day that i get attention for the whole day then somthing goes wrong i think i may have already said this but last year on my birthday my brother decided to put gum in my hair and tell my mum to fuck off and that he never wanted to see her again the year before that my dad actually forgot my birthday ..

and this year

i wake up i was so excited for my birthday daniel was at my front door i let him in he sed happy birthday and then he said you lying bitch i knew what he was talking about i said to him that a day before my birthday i was spending the day with my mates ( girls only) when really i was spending the day with steven if i told him that i was spending the day with steven he would of been really angry at me and he would of threaten to bash steven and then i went up stairs to get my jumper he followed me and locked the door i was like

me:"what are you doing?"

dan:"im ruining your birthday because you lied to me"

me:" what! how?"

dan: "im locking you in this room your not going out to see steven today your staying in here all day"

at first i thought you.. whatever im gunna get out but then he was soo serious and the look in his eyes i tried to get out he was standing next to the door he punched me in the faced and kicked me away then he just kept on punching me and kicking me for the whole hour and then.. he lifted me and through me onto the ground .. i went head first my eyebrow started bleeding and i got a bit of carpet burn on my face (by the way i was crying the whole hour ) after that something clicked in his head that maybe he had realised what he had done .. he said" tell the police and your dead laters slut!"

i was crying half knocked out tryng to run to my door to lock it then i crawled to the phone and called my mum she could hardly hear a word i was saying because i was crying so much she called the cops they came over to my place i was telling them what happened and i started crying again .. i was so scared i thought he was going to kill me... the cops took down my details and said they were going to notify his parents of what happened .. once they went to go to his house i ran so fast to the bus stop i just wanted to get out of my suburb daniel was going to kill me because the cops were going to his house

i caught a bus and went to the city i met steven there i told him all about it we had some laughs and he thought my eye brow was funny but he gave me a big hug which always comforting my mum was calling me every half hour coz she was really scared too lol shes so cute i saw step up 2 omg i love that movie i really wanted to see prom night but stevens a wuss but i really wanted to see step up 2 aswell after that i went to mums work and we went home together we went to to the police station coz i had to make a statement but the constable that was with me just finished her shift so i may have to make one today i went out for thai with my parents that was really good im eating the leftovers right now yummy and i tried coconut juice .. i didn't like it lol

today i wake up all sore with bruises all over my body and a lump on my eyebrow im not aloud outside although apparently i have an avo agaisnt daniel im scared i have all the windows closed blinds shut doors locked alram on ive just decided on watching buffy all day and eating thai food and an ice pack on the head

so party is going all downhill ..i don't think i told you guys .. well im planning to have a massive party and im joining it with my mate monique but one problem can't have it her house or mine.. real bummer

thats like the only thing i was pumped about for my birthday .. coz i actually hate birthdays last year my brother put gum in my hair told my mum to fuck off and wanted to go back to dads the year before that my dad forgot my brithday

but i always had my mates now i don't really have them but its hols so they are more avaliable i guess i love my job more than anything in the world right now lol and people are telling me to go back to school ( fucks sake i can't dick knobs not accepted!) or go to tafe ( can't semester already started ) but the thing is im happy being in retail as long as i marry a rich guy ill be set! haha jeez marriage i wish for that day where the guys stuck with you until a word comes up in conversation ..divorce then it all ends midlife crisis child support, court and all that stupid bullshit i dunno i just don't want to divorce ever! it affects everyone not just your partner

mm anyways 3 days till my birthday ... im going out with steven that day

daniel peh hes an ass hole dick cheese poofta mother fucker lol he hasn't seen me since wednesday? no tuesday and then he calls me last night at 2:00am really i should say this morning

lol i laugh everytime he says that he always ends up calling me again so when i came home from work he called me again

yeah i hung up i love hanging up on him it makes me feel heaps good lol if i do have my party he is so totally not invited :D

im slowly like getting over him and i slowly realise hes the biggest ass to me actually ive kinda always known that and then he says he gets upset when i call him a dickhead
