Open Diary was created on 20th October 1998 so that people who were keeping journals online would have a place to gather together and keep their writings in one place. Since then, we've hosted over 4 million diaries from people in almost every country around the world. Now, the world is full of blogs, but we still like to think that OD is a special place.
