Thought of the hour/day/week/year: "Insert Clever and Witty Thought Here."

"Surely what a man does when he is taken off his guard is the best evidence for what sort of a man he is? Surely what pops out before the man has time to put on a disguise is the truth? If there are rats in a cellar you are most likely to see them if you go in very suddenly. But the suddenness does not create the rats: it only prevents them from hiding. In the same way the suddenness of the provocation does not make me an ill-tempered man; it only shows me what an ill-tempered man I am. The rats are always there in the cellar, but if you go in shouting and noisily they will have taken cover before you switch on the light. "

- C.S. Lewis

The current mood of trekker02@yahoo.com at www.imood.com

The world changes around us faster than we may ever know.  We go from pure, chaste, blameless virgins in more manners than one, and move into the churling, broiling, moving world of cold hard reality.  We hurt ourselves, we hurt others, we rise ourselves up and fall, but ultimately we move and we survive, and we change.  Not always for the better, not always for the worse.  We simply change.  And that is enough.

E-mail me at trekker02@yahoo.com, if you'd like. I really enjoy getting e-mail from people, so don't be bashful. Besides, Carpe Diem! Never be too shy to initiate contact with someone new! Also, my screen name for AoL IM is trekker02 I now take anonymous notes! Woo!
