5. Education Course Done 12/13/07

6. Get fingerprints, criminal and child abuse background checks, reference forms done, sent to agency. (Done 1/31/08)

7. 4 Homestudy visits: 1 (Done 12/14/07)2(Done 1/17/08) 3 (Done 1/24/08) 4 (Done 3/17/08)

8. Gather financial records and proof of employment and health/life/home/car insurance, send in.(Done 1/31/08)

9. Gather medical records, get physical, mail in.(Done 1/31/08)

10. Complete profile and "dear birthmom" letter and video. (Done 4/11/08)

11. Submit profile. (Done 4/12/08)

12. Wait for our baby! (Done 4/14/08)

13. Baby daughter born 3/22/09, became legally ours 3/26/09!
