I decided to change my inital description since I am trying to reduce my food and body obsession.  I am a 26 year old philosophy PhD. student.  I am getting married in five months to a wonderful person who loves me for who I am.  I am working on loving me for who I am too, but its hard.

Most of what will be in here is my ups and downs as I try to recover from my eating problems, body image problems, and general perfectionsit tendencies.
