I'm of Scottish/Irish decent, with a dappling of English, Dutch and Cherokee in there some where. I've figured out that I'm *practically* half Irish, and so tend to have quite a soft spot in my heart for anything truly Irish. I'm studying Irish Gaelic in my spare time, and *have* to visit Ireland just once before I leave this life.
I'm pretty proud of the fact that I am, in fact, a guy and as soon as I'm not required (by contract) to shave a minimum of once per day, I'll be throwing my razors away. Yeah, you heard me! I want my damned beard back!
On another note, I'm hoping to attend Middle Tennessee State University starting the Fall semester 2010. I plan to study either Plant/ Soil sciences or English: Brit Literature . I'd love to minor in Celtic/Irish studies, but I don't believe they offer that. I'll probably go with the English major in the end. I can't seem to escape the fact that I've already started down that path the first time around that I attempted the college life. I'm open to intelligent, respectful conversations about practically anything. If I don't know anything about the subject matter, I won't pretend to; I'll just admit my ignorance and aim to learn something.
