This diary was created to promote my love of baking.

Desserts have always been my favorite! Everyone loves desserts so that makes me a pretty popular guy ;-)

There's just something about warm homemade cookies right out of the oven. You know when they are still warm and gooey? Nothing beats that! How about warm brownies? Or hot apple pie with a scoop of ice cream on top?

I'm not really allowed to promote here (and I won't) but I do even have my own cookie cookbook full of a lot of old time recipes.
