This is going to be my fitness diary. I say fitness instead of weight loss, because I want to do this the right way, and make this a lifestyle change. I am on a journey to lose weight, but even after I hit my target, I want to continue to live an active and healthy life.
Starting Weight: 145 lbs
5/5/2012 weight: 138.5 lbs
5/13/2012 weight: 137.2 lbs
5/22/2012 weight: 137 lbs
6/7/2012 weight: 135.2 lbs
6/10/2012 weight: 134 lbs (11 pounds lost!)
6/17/2012 weight: 132.8 lbs
8/1/2012 weight: 131.4
9/23/2012 weight: 129.2 (Almost there!)
11/16/2012 weight: 127.6 !!!!
11/25/2012 weight: 125.8 (holy shit, scary close!)
Target weight: 125 lbs
This may sound like I am under weight...but I am not quite 5' tall. So, I am over the healthy range, and need to fight to get back into it.
