yeah... no.

Gained 2.5 this week.

this week will be better. Last week was rough with money so most groceries bought were cheap. I've got a game plan this week. Here's hoping for a bigger loss next week.

ah good luck with it - I have just started back on my diet - I lost 4 stone before but it has all gone back on - boo. I lost 4 pounds last week but this week hasn't been great so far. [Super Sarah]

its hard to lose weight when you dont have the right kinds of foods around. im sure that next week you will get a negative. [Lessoff]
