A couple of weekends ago was clearly the highlight of my whole entire year, posisbly the last 2 or three years as well. I know, it's a big title for two days but hell ... I GOT TO SEE PLACEBO PLAY LIVE :D Brian molko was so fucken good! Ah, but first, the other part of the weekd!

After a long day at school on Friday, Jacqui, Jess and I headed up to sydney with my Dad. We didn't do much on Friday evening, but Saturday was a blast! In the morning we headed into the city, and I bought a few things. I bought the Finch album "What is it to burn", a wallet chain, a spiffy rainbow bracelet, a shirt and a keyring with the Deftones on it. Pretty impressive really!

But the real highlight of my evening was when Jacqui, Jess, Lachlan, Cohen and myself went to Enmore Theatre (in Enmore) to see ... *drum roll* PLACEBO!

I tell no lie here, those guys go off live and are absolutley fantastic! I couldn't believe that my dream had finally come true... I've wanted to see them perform live for 3 years now and then it just clicked - I was there and I DID see them live. They didn't disappoint me at all - From their opening song "Bulletproof cupid" to their closing song "Where is my mind" I was spellbound! I loved every minute of it and without a doubt I'll see them again!

I'm still on a high from the show ... It made me appreciate the small pleasures in life and reminded me that life really is good. I can't talk about the concert much more - I know what I want to say but I can't say it because I'm still on a high from it!

Brian Molko's voice was like velvet, and made me melt, and all of them just performed really well! If you like Placebo, GO AND SEE THEM! I swear you won't be disappointed!
