I believe time can be either good or bad. I also think the way we view time can be compared to the way we view life in general. After all, life is made up of time. We should see the good in time just as we would anything else and try our best to make it work for us.
Time is good: Time is good when you need to think, question, and learn. It is not good to make hasty decisions. We also benefit from time when we can spend it doing something we love. Going for a walk, looking at the stars, sharing an experience with a loved one (or pet!), analyzing your current situation and planning your next endeavor all are quality ways to spend time. Time heals you, pleases you, and sneaks up behind you!
Time is bad: Time can also be bad unfortunately. I remember when my Ricky dog died on 1/5/98 I wanted time to move, fast. I wanted it to be later and I would be over my grief. I wanted the months to fly by so I wouldn't feel so much pain for so long. That's the main trouble I see with time: the happy parts are over so quickly and the tragic linger over us. Another thing is people's attitudes. Time is the most abused substance on this earth, and everyone is guilty.
Of course, there are those who want to know exactly what time is. Is it something we are automatically given? A fourth dimension? Both?
