So yesterday was soccer practice for my kiddo. I walked another 2 miles on the track. It really feels good to be doing something. I still have to figure out what I'm going to be doing on those days that I don't have a track to walk. I think I found a great diet too. Its no where near as drastic as the HCG diet. Its called the 17 day diet. Its a healthy way to lose weight. I'm currently reading the book about it. The more I read the more interested I become. Its seems pretty easy to do. I would have to change my eating habits for sure. The first cycle of the diet no sugar or starches for the first 17 days of the diet. Basically you cut yourself down to lean protein and vegetables and locarbs. You don't have to count your calories just have to start eating healthier and work out 20 mins a day which is easy you could just walk for 20 mins. One of my fave cardio work outs is playing just Dance for the Wii. My daughter and I play and it has a just sweat option. The excercise consists of movement period. So you could swim bike walk dance whatever. According to the book the more out of shape you are the more weight will drop because believe or not our bodies want to be healthy. Anyway by doing this diet you can lose 10 to 20 pounds in less than 30 days. The best part is you get fast results but in a healthy way. I have the book on PDF.
