Drink: All the Arizona diet green tea I want, sometimes one glass of 10-calorie Light Fruit Punch. I drink two large glasses of water while weightlifting, and if I want I can make a large glass of water with Crystal Light flavors.
When I wake up: one bowl of Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal with skim milk. Sprinkle some flaxseed on. I take a men's multivitamin with my first drink (I accidentally bought a Men's 50+ multivitamin, but it has all the vitamins I need in it). I'll have a banana a little later. (450 calories, 21.5g protein, 1g saturated fat)
3 hours later: 2 scoops chocolate whey powder, half a large glass of skim milk, one spoonful of fat-free vanilla yogurt, two teaspoons of creamy all-natural peanut butter, and a handful of raspberries/strawberries/blackberries blended into a smoothie (570 calories, 68.5g protein, 3.25g saturated fat)
3 hours later: a can of tuna, two spoonfuls of omega-3 mayonnaise, 2 hard boiled eggs, and two servings of sliced almonds. Mix it all into a bowl. (420 calories, 34g protein, 3g saturated fat)
3 hours later: Two boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked at 375 degrees for an hour and 5 minutes, top with fat-free ranch dressing or light barbeque sauce. I usually have a plate full of mixed vegetables with this but lately I've been having two 100-calorie yogurt cups (one peach flavored, one strawberry flavored) instead. (480 calories, 56g protein, 1g saturated fat)
I normally don't make it to a meal after this, so I don't know what I would eat then...
Total daily: 1950 calories (added an extra 30 for an apple or fruit punch drink), 180g protein, 8.25g saturated fat
The New Abs Diet says I should aim for 1g of protein per pound of body weight, but I don't see how that's possible on a weight loss diet. I'm obviously getting a lot of protein and hitting the right amount of calories to lose weight but not be hungry. I guess I'll have to settle for 1g of protein per pound of muscle, which I'm getting (I usually weigh in at about 158 pounds of muscle). We'll see how it works out.
The only time I'm ever hungry is when I first wake up in the morning, and it's all damn delicious.
