So, my birthday was better than I expected. I hung out with my friends. Got my tax return, and did a bit of 'retail therapy' as the ladies say.

I bought books and DVDs. I picked up "Blazing Saddles" which is my favorite Mel Brooks movie. Also bought the first Hunger Games book. Thought I'd see what all the hype was about and wanted to read it before the movie came out. I keep hearing Battle Royale was better, but that book/movie/manga was amazing, so that doesn't mean much to me.

I have a very hard week coming up, but I get to have a three-day weekend.

I might also be meeting a lady I met online this Saturday. We'll see what happens there.
