It was time to change my username back to rubydragon. It works for me. It makes me happy. And by all means, search for happiness.

I know, I should be starting my Brit Lit project, but I don't feel like it right now. That'll come later. This weekend, I've been making my friend Zack a hat. Crocheting, actually. Just taught myself how a little while ago. I know, you're all yelling at me for finding another hobby, when I absolutely do not have time. But anyway. I'll have to make my own mistakes.

We just had the first two performances of Beverly Hillbillies on Friday night and last night. Pretty good, if we do say so ourselves. Well, the first performance was significantly better than the second. It's fun all the same. It's quite interesting that I have little to no stage fright when I'm talking on stage, but when I'm singing in front of a crowd, I'm horrified! I don't understand it in the slightest. Maybe it's that I just don't feel alone when we're doing a play.

Anyway, cast party was a lot of fun. We took over Perkins at 11:00. There were twelve cast members, and some of the crew came later. We shared a cast pie. Jordan tried to make the tradition of using no usual utensils, eating the pie with a straw. Kier and I were afraid we would all get kicked out, as loud as we were, but we didn't. A table of college guys thought we were hillarious, though. Nobody goes to Perkins at 11:00 if they're looking for peace and quiet, anyway. The last performance (at Calumet Theater) is on Thurday. I'm letting all of my friends in Calumet know, so that they can try to make it. Heh, the title of this entry is a quote from the play. Just thought I'd let ya know.
