Well, prom was last night. It was an interesting experience, to say the least. I did have fun, though. Some interesting things happened that I'd rather not write in an open diary, but I'll probably talk about when I get to Kansas. (Don't worry, no sex, I just didn't want to put anything in writing where others may find it)

The music was pretty good. All-request. Elif and I went up to request Frank Sinatra, Bob Marley, Old Time Rock & Roll, and Twist and Shout. We tried to get some culture into the hip-hip crazy hicks. hahahaha. Anyway, it was exciting when they had songs with strobe lights. We had a blast with that. They had Cotton-Eye Joe in strobe lights. We were so frickin dizzy by the end of that song, it was not even funny. Between the strobe lights and swinging around in circles, we were about to fall over. Anyway, it ended up being fun.
