New Year's Survey Friday, December 31, 2010

What did you do in 2010 that you have never done before?

Went blatently against what my mother wanted for my life.

Did you keep your New Year’s Resolutions and will you be making more?

Yes. I got a job and I lost more than 10 lbs.

What date from 2010 will remain in your memory and why?

August 18. It's the day I started work with Isabelle

What was your biggest achievement of 2010?

I lost 23 lbs without doing what I was told.

What was your biggest failure?

Not being the best wife I can be.

What political issue stirred you the most?

DADT. But, I really haven't been following very closely, since most politics piss me off.

What did you get really, really excited about?

Jeremy going back to school.

Compared with this time last year are you . . .

Happier or sadder? happier, definitely

Thinner or fatter? Thinner

Richer or poorer? Funny... last year I didn't yet have a job, but definitely poorer this year.

Healthier or sicker? sicker. Weird.

How will you spend Christmas?

I spent it mostly on the road driving to and from my parents' place.

How did you spend your birthday and how old were you?

I turned 28 just 2 weeks ago. I spent it with my hubby and a few friends playing cards and having cake. Yum!

What kept you sane?

Lots and lots of prayer and getting a job where they support me emotionally.

What vacations did you take?

Jer and I went to Branson in February with our Christmas money. Other than that, there wasn't much other than the weekend trips to my parents'; place.

What is your greatest hope for 2011?

My greatest hope is that I can really live the way God wants me to and bring glory to His name.
