It's a nice day. Nice temperature, nice sunshine, nice breeze and a nice day off.

What's not so nice is my mood. Again I hope it's my hormones.

People get unhappy sometimes, I am not an exception. I appreciate friends' understanding but I know ultimately it's only me who can pick myself up and this is what I'm trying to do.

Hate is a very stressful thing. I'm not about to add any more stress on myself.

Since I'm such a poor advocate, I'm not going to defend. It can't be any better if i did and things can't be worse.
