1.You wake up earlier than you have to and even show up at work before the hour starts.
2.You feel very guilty if you wake up late, or show up late at work - even if it's only a few seconds.
3.Six to seven days a week at work? No problem. (Well, it's not like you do much anyway.)
4.You often confuse yourself during your spare-time. What are you going to do?
5.You're obsessed in keeping yourself busy. If possible, you'll take two more freelance jobs outside your main occupation. (Don't worry, you'll make time for each - no matter how.)
6.Your friends wonder why you have got so many things to do. When's your time for yourself?
7.You drive your friends crazy because you don't seem to know how to...relax.
8.You're sleep-deprived. You don't remember the last time you slept properly, because you always feel exhausted. Or hyped. It's not always because you haven't got enough time. You often wonder if there's still anything you have got to do before you close your eyes.
9.You become a caffeine-addict. Coffee, tea...you name it. Especially when you need to stay up late to finish...more work.
10.You're growing emotionally-distant with your loved ones. (Family, friends, special ones.) That's not good, especially when you begin to forget their birthdays and other special anniversaries.
11.You forget your old friends' names when you cross paths with them after what seems like...ages. It's not arrogance; it's just your mind is on something else at the moment - like, work. (What else is new?)
12.You don't remember the last time you socialize with other people...especially outside work. Once you get to, you feel like it's the greatest sense of relief you rarely receive these days.
13.If you're in a relationship, they're more likely to be cross with you now. You're lucky if they still stick around for you and put up with your constant absence in their lives.
14.If you're still single, you don't remember the last time you were on a date. In fact, you're starting to wonder if you still need that or not. (Strange and crazy but true.)
15.You hate being sick. Whenever you fall ill, you feel guilty. (You often forget that you're only human - not some superhero.)
16.You don't remember the last time you had a real holiday. Once you do, you wonder if you'll ever get that rare opportunity again. (Well, you know you could always make another.)
17.You work so hard because you don't feel safe/secure without it. In fact, sometimes you work so much to avoid the real issues you're not ready to deal with.
18.You've been reading this entry and feeling somewhat familiar with some of the points above. That, if you have got the time to notice that.
If most of these points describe you best, you need help. And RELAX!
