Official Weigh Tuesday, June 26, 2012

I lost 2.8 pounds at the official weigh in this morning!! I'm happy that I don't have to pay $5 and that I'm now down 38.6 pounds since January!!! I'm not stopping until I reach 100 pound weight loss.

Doing the Snoopy Happy Dance in Oklahoma City!!!

ryn: Its not really a matter of getting rid of the odor. I know how to do that. It's a matter of not having him spraying in the first place. Because I can clean and clean until the cows come home but if he continues doing it, the smell will continue to be around.

I'm trying to create a secure feeling environment for him and having the dog get upstairs just set that back unfathomably. Its just so frustrating because I've really been trying to do this and one stupid thing like that, while I was gone for no more than 15 minutes, and all my hard work is shot to hell. Sometimes losing/gaining weight doesn't make any sense; someone can pig out for a week and lose, then be good as gold for a week and gain. [pintador]
