Well, summer is winding down quickly...like it or not! Daughter registers for High School again on Wednesday of next week, and I have to work registration on Friday. Then, the next week, Daughter has Dance Team clinic all week, and I go back for a Teacher Work day that Friday, and 2 more the following Monday and Tuesday, and then on the first Wednesday of August, the kids return. Am I ready? NO! I've enjoyed my summer, but it has been WAAAAAYYY TOO SHORT! LOL! Oh well, ready or not it is getting here quickly now.
     Daughter and I went to visit my Mom and Dad the last two days, and we did our school shopping last night. We spent SIX HOURS shopping for her things, but PRAISE ye the LORD, we got most of what she needs as far as clothes goes...her backpack and several pairs of shoes too. I was a happy camper! Now, we are more prepared, and I am breathing much easier...that is usually a MAJOR ordeal, and I'm thrilled it is mostly done for another beginning of the year.
     My plans for what little time I have left? Some R & R and some definate pool time! :) Hope you guys are enjoying your summer that is left too! :)
