There are some setbacks in life, which discourage people a lot, and sometimes scare people away.
Be reminded that,
no matter how big the problem is,
how difficult the situation appears to be,
and how desperate it seems like;
everything you need to win this battle, and any more that may lay ahead.

Be sure that you can BEAT IT HARD.
Just like any one of the soccer games you have had in your life.
Sometimes easy, sometimes hard;
Sometimes won, sometimes lost;
Regardless of the course, you ended up getting the games over anyway. On top of all, after each game, you knew very well that you gained something, though you might have lost a few scores.
