Oh my, Mondays are wonderful! It is a shame that they will be changing soon.

Anywho, today Prof Haddad's lecture was about drugs. We're learning about all the bad things that drugs do to your brains, and HOLY crap, she showed us images of the brain with and without the use of drugs, and the INCREDIBLE effects that drug use has are actually awe-inspiring and scary. Entire memory centres are just wiped out. Gone. Your brain actually no longer becomes active in that area because it has been completely destroyed or transformed by the use of drugs. Isn't that disgusting? You have to see it to understand, but once you do see it, you will think, wow. I would have to be an idiot to use drugs. I don't understand why they don't show images that powerful in drug ed. Although, perhaps they do now, they might not have had them when I did DARE!!! Isn't that funny?

Work was AWESOME today! I hate to say it, but when Dennis isn't there, work is actually a hell of a lot more fun. Joan is SO hot hot hot. Kirsten is fun and funny, I hope that she finds a job that is more convenient for her but at the same time, I will miss working with her! Not that I have really got to know her very well, but she is fun. Joan is just so funny and easy-going, and he's really good at just, being the boss. Since everyone gets along, (except Dennis), he doesn't have to really.. enforce authority ever. Alex is funny, because he really and truly does say everything as though he was an announcer. Marisol is so cute, she is the nicest ever. And then their crazy Spanish conversations, lol, between Marisol and Joan and Chris and Dennis. And sometimes random spanish customers, lol. And when I was in line to get Larkins sub, Chris told me abouut the ccustomer shushing him, and he's actually a lot like his brother (Joan), which is wicked because Joan rocks. God I love this crew, they're so easy to get along with. Sucks that I am so shy but w/e. hehe and aparently I am above being nick-named. Which is semi-good and semi-bad. Oh and Jason, he's cool too. I wonder how old he is, he seems to have worked there forever. But yeah, when Dennis isn't working, everyone is just a little more relaxed, I think it's cuz Dennis isn't there trying to run the show. I feel bad for Dennis though just cuz everyone's down on him. So what, he's loud, no biggie. He is kind of like Jen a little, but in a guy way. .Which is weird, and something I never expected to see. But what ccan you do, he thinks hes hot shit. He's alright.

I oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo love my work, lol. Ken is so funny. Who do we have, Ken, Colin, Jason and Alex, Joan, Carlos, Chris, Christian, Dennis, Marisol, Kirsten, Camel (I don't know his name so I feel terrible that is all I know him by), Christopher, Phil, me, and there are some others that I don't know. But mainly, I only work with those guys. Actually, I haven't worked with Carlos except maybe once, or twice, but he came in a couple times today.

Details:Joan, fourth year, in some biopharmaceutical thing, not very tall, but taller than me, long hair, SPANISH ACCENT (Nicaraguan actually) RIPPED arms (and one can assume the rest of him is not bad either), basically just damn sexy all over. And when I say ripped arms, what i actually mean is that i pushed him to get out of my way and it took quite a lot of willpower to NOT hold onto his arm for a while lol, it was solid. I haven't really taken a look, other than that feel lol, but now that I think of it I will make sure to next time. but honestly, damn. only problem: I canNOT pronounce his name. Joe-ahn, kinda. oh, and also, he's the same age as Heather. and also, probably not interested, lol, but THAT has never stopped a girl from drooling. So drool, I shall continue to. Oh but he always catches my  mistakes. Which I don't mind at all, but I seem to make a lot of them, and only when he's around. or at least, he's the only one who pays attention enough that he notices. or... maybe its that hes the only one I notice correcting me... .lol, because now that I think of it Alex totally corrects me all the time too, lol. hmm, apparently, i just suck at my job! haha, but it doesn't matter, I am getting WAY better. I hope. As long as I don't keep screwing up the subs, and that is just a matter of memorizing what is on them all. I have my cheat sheet on my esk, somewhere, buried, but it's there. i'll give it a look sometime tomorrow, and just go over them all again. I am getting WAY better at telling what kind of sub is what. Before, i had no idea that there was a difference between bmt and spicy and pizza, in fact, I didn't even know that BMT subs existed. But they do. And i have no clue why they are called BMT because they actually involve ham, pepperoni, and salami, but whatever floats your boat.  I have just written a huge amount about work, hahaha I am such a loseer.

History was AMAZING, Daina and I laughed uncontrollably because Rasputin in French is Raspoutine, lmao, and she aws like, poutine!!! Which just made me go, for a long time too. I actually worried that I would have to leave the lecture, hahahahahaha it was awesome. And Victoria was just being her funny self again, lol, she is awesome. I hope that if she is working at swarovskis we will be able to take lunch breaks together, hahaha that would be awesome. I totally showed up at work half an hour early today again, btw, which is the second time, next week, I will know. i will KNOW.

Foot Patrol is kind of drama drame, right now, because marco and I had that whole, ridiculously awkward thing on friday night, and then i have kind of been avoiding/ignoring him since. but, hopefully that will just be considered normal, i dont know though, because i hate to think that it is all completely cocked up.

and then, Peter goes and shows up at my apartment yesterday night, alll, i find you attractive. ok... so what do you want me to do? lol, not in a mean way, but in a, honestly, like, am i supposed to do something with this? and no, he doesn't want me to do anything with that, but we agreed to get to know each other better. which is cool, we can do that. woohoo. I LOVE BOYS!!! because honestly, life is so much more interesting with them. although, it is also tres interessant without them.

oh and I got to walk with Eric for a while, and he is so fun and funny, I will miss walks with him. And margaret completely accompanied me to macs for oreos. i will send oreos on friday with larkin, if she says margaret usually helps out. because i didnt give her any althogh i did offer. oh oh mayb they will ccallm in on friday and i will be able to give them to her in person lol. that owuld be cool.

sigh yay boys!! just having someone to think about makes me happy, lol. even if its a pipe dream, its better than none eh? and joan is a VERY pretty pipe dream.
