Albert Runcorn is a wizard who works for the Ministry of Magic. He was given a Nosebleed Nougat and was impersonated by Harry Potter during the trio’s infiltration of the Ministry. In the books, Runcorn is described as being more than six feet tall and powerfully built, with a black beard and a gravelly voice.
