I post this song every year on New Years, so why break the tradition now?
I spent New Years Eve alone. I don't want to talk about it.

2009 was a very hellish year. Some people made it through with me, others didn't.
Goal for 2010 is to get the monkey off my back.

This entry is dedicated to change.

Explosions off in the distance.

For self assigned penance,
For problems with easy solutions.

Let’s make believe that we are wealthy for just this once.
Lighting firecrackers off on the front lawn,
As thirty dialogs bleed into one.

I wish the world was flat like the old days,
Then I could travel just by folding a map.
No more airplanes, or speed trains, or freeways.
There’d be no distance that could hold us back.

So this is the new year?
