today was a great day. we finally had our first rehearsal as a somewhat full band today....although derrick came alittle late. it was all good. it was our first rehearsal and we wrote a new song. the song for the apocalypse is the title. its pretty awesome. of course id say that about my own music but we all thought it was damn catchy. we later had discussions about how we feel the band is gonna go musically and productively. we all believe the band has tons of potential, due to the fact that the dallas scene sux chodes. major chodes. but all in all....im really glad that things are going out like they are supposed to. my good friend samm is gonna hopefully get us hooked up with some good equipment. jimmy needs some drum mics and derrick and eric need better amps....i can just mic my amp and itll be all good. there are somethings im quitting in order to make sure my position in the band stays fertile. i quit smoking and for a new years resolution, i will be quitting milk and becoming a vegetarian...solely because i need to get healthy.....and milk messes with your throat. wish me luck guys. we are all gonna need it
