So last week I took these other classes at my gym that are cario interverals mixed with weights it's pretty cool. Except since it mixes cardio with weights you don't really get a full body workout. I did that twice and on the other days did the elliptical, even on turkey day. This week not sure what my schedule will be except that, I will work out all week. I'm gettting stronger, I can lift three times the weight that I started out lifting, which is great. I just can't wait for the scale to start going down. My body has changed though all my family noticed that I had lost weight so that's nice. My goal is to lose eight pounds within the next two months. Then I want to lose another thirty over the next year. I think that's a very reasonable amount, and the way I'm working out, you would think I already would have lost like 15 pounds but since I haven't due to muscle gained, I will eventually. I need to change my eating habits big time, to start really losing. Add those veggies, and take out some carbs, also nix out the alcohol completely. I've cut down, and I only dring pop like once every two weeks. So I know I've already made some sacrafices, how hard could it be to make a few more to lose and look like a hottie agian.
