So I tried...I really did.  I told my boss how I felt.  He made a convincing argument.  I did as well.  Now it's all up to me.  I feel overloaded...but good.  I asked for guidance yesterday but found no answers.  At least none that reinforced how I feel or gave me something to argue with.  I need a spirit guide.  Like a penguin.  Slide.
