Well, well, well.......

Hi, Everyone!!!!

I will now bend over so that everyone who is mad at me for not writing in well over a month can whoop my ass.  Please add a few spanks in there and call me Shirley while doing so.

I will attempt to explain where the hell I've been in a swift entry, since I am oh-so-tired.

Matt and I found a house.  We have embarked on remodeling it before we move into it.  We're trying to get in before Christmas...but I'm not too sure things are going to go that smoothly....especially with Matt trying to remodel...he really has no idea what he's doing.  He hung the doors backwards the other day, and I had to show him how to do it correctly.  Sigh....silly rabbit....

My family's house (need I remind you that it had a tree on it from the hurricane) is finally repaired.  It was only completed last week.  Yes, it took insurance THAT long to get it done....there were so many claims!  Bah!  I still have to post those pics of the tree on the house for you guys!

I'm taking finals this week, marking the end of this semester.  Woohoo!!!  Two semesters down, four to go.......then I'll be stabbing needles and popping medicine in ya'll's asses!!!!  HA HA!

I still work at the nursing home, and things are just as crazy as ever there.  Nasty old guy that hit on me's wife died in November, so I don't have to see him anymore.

So, between redoing a house, school, and work, I have absolutely no time....and especially no family time.  I didn't get to spend Thanksgiving with my family, I had to work.  I ate Thanksgiving dinner at IHOP (I had the big country breakfast).  But, hey, I can't complain...I'm getting a house!!!!!  It's no mansion, of course, it's modest.  But it's still nice, and the price is right...and it's a place on my own!!!  It's not even two minutes away from my place of employment, alot closer to school, and closer to Matt's work, too.

My brother still lives at home, and STILL has no job....don't even get me started.....

I've not even so much as had the chance to think about the duck blind this season....and I doubt that I will  :(

I haven't even began to decorate the house for Christmas....and that's a big deal for me.  Christmas is my favorite!!!  Yes, I am an Athiest and love Christmas.......call it a child-like whim....it's my favorite time of year.

Well, anyway, I just thought I'd drop in, since I'm having a little more free time now, with the semester ending.  So, I promise, I will be making at least one entry a week  :)

It feels nice to write...I was feeling all pinned up.  :)
