It seems like I have spurts of time to myself these days. I go for several days with big time periods open where if I was at my computer I could jot down a note or two and then days come along where I barely have time to look up and see where I am or who I'm with. Go figure. Anyway, right now is one of those times where I'm actually at my computer and have a little time for myself. My boss is an attorney and he is having to appear in two different courts in two different counties today so he will not be making an appearance in the office so things are a bit more lax around here. I am the only employee so I get to decide what needs to be done and when it needs to get done. I just had a very enjoyable lunch with my daughter. She is a lot of fun to spend time with; unfortunately she had to go back to work where her day is not going to be so lax. She is covering for a co-worker who just got married and is on vacation so she is doing twice the work and not going to be able to get any help with anything until her co-worker comes back next week. Poor baby. My Pampered Chef business is doing fairly well, for me anyway. My sales in August were over $1,300 and my sales in September were over $1,400 and I'm looking forward to another good month for October. Sounds like your business is doing well. But beware, you always work harder for yourself than you do for others. You may get your wish and then wish you hadn't. The trick is to find the right medium. My daughter wants to start something like that. She loves to cook. How'd you get started? Any advice? Do you run this out of your house?
