So, it's been a while! Instead of trying to catch up on everything that I've omitted, I'm just going to pick up here and run with it. My life has been insanely busy for about the last month and a half, but it is now returning to some sense of normalacy. I can handle life when all I have to worry about is homework.

Tomorrow I will officially be able to scratch "Expo chair"  off of my list  of responsibilities. The checks are ready! WOO HOO! Probably my biggest  burden of the semester is done. I do need to get on the stick for initiation stuff though. I need to find a place to eat!

I get frustrated with Liza sometimes because she doesn't understand stuff in our classes, and I  try to help, but she is too stuborn to accept it, so she just gets pissed off and huffs and puffs and I have to listen to it. It's irritating. It usually culminates with her having a blowup, me telling her it will be fine, and her either figuring it out or me explaining it. I just wish that we could cut out all of the middle junk.

So the whole reason that I came back to this thing is because I was looking to express my creativity. I haven't been writing much in here, but I have  been exercising the right side of my brain! I've been doing a good job  of balancing the science stuff with creative stuff. I am almost done with my dalmatian paint by number. I love those things. They look cool, aren't too hard, but do require some skill. I am also almost done with The DaVinci Code. I hear that they're making a movie of it. I hope so! That would be awesome. Only like 3 weeks until Harry Potter comes out...Sweet!

The whole diet thing not going so hot today. Damn Halloween candy! And Mike made my favorite stuff for dinner...chicken w/ gravy and mashed potatoes. Damn him! I've been doing pretty well with the whole portion control thing, and it actually has been working, but not on nights like tonight. Plus I won ice cream in judging yesterday, and Alane won it today, so I imagine that we will have to go partake in that soon...Arg!!!

Well, better finish up stats homework, grade potential quizzes, then either read, work on the PBN, or do some much needed bonding with the roomie. Promise that I am going to keep up on this!
