Coming up on a tough week, so I am really hoping I can handle it and STICK with F&N. I am not sure if I will get to workout all three times, right now just two looks about what I am facing. Blah. I am going to try and figure out a way to do three though.
Eating has been going so-so. I am slightly stressed so I am finding myself turning towards food. I'm doing better at my choices though, so that's a start right? Plus, again shopping for ALL the healthy stuff wasn't possible this pay period. I'm doing alright though. I know I just have to really buckle down and do it!
I'm determined to do much better today as in Monday. I am going to!
My "menu" for today:
Breakfast: Sm. Bowl of Heatlhy Start cereal
Lunch: Sandwich of some sort and fruit
Snack: Sugar free jello and protein bar
Dinner: Chicken & noddles with veggies
Water, water and more water!
