First Month Total :
Tracking Points left overs from last night - 11pts. a chicken nugget ( took from mckennas happy meal!) - 2 pts. Went out for supper ( had a chicken ceaser wrap and fries and diet coke) - no idea on the points.. might be into my flex a bit! fruit snacks - 3 pts. Total Points - 16 pts. (plus supper ( proabley about 20 MOST) so im over 6!
My Day well i feel like crap but thats how it will be for a bit. i think i might go lay down. i did alot of sit ups last night i think about 100.. i think i might try and do that more often. cause even if im not walking im toning my stomach.. when you look at me you wouldnt think i weigh what i weigh im VERY lucky in that way .. but my stomach from mckenna is crap. otherwise im VERY WELL protortioned! even though i ate out i am really proud of me. when i made chris food tonight i didnt have ANY.. thats NOT LIKE ME.. i always eat with im late at night. and usaully a fair size meal ( and this after i ate supper too) .
