Tracking Points Omlette ( with bacon and cheese) - 7 pts. rice krispy - 3 pts. 2 cups of pasta - 8 pts. few ritz - 2 pts. SMALL peice of garlic bread - 3 pts. Total - 23 pts. ( i know i have to be forgetting something but maybe not..)
My Day well its 3 am and im just going to bed ive had 0 pts. but im sure there will be alot more by noon! lol night! well i was thinking alot to day about how when you are STICKING to a diet you often find ways to make things lower in points or calories. such as cutting out reg. drinks and drinking diet ect. well i did it today with my omlette and it was AWSOME i used egg(2) which was 4 pts. and light cheese slice 1 pt. and microwave bacon 3 peices of presidents choice is 2 pts. which made a 7 pt omlette. see usually id use 2 peices of cheese more bacon just load it! but its weird how you dont cut down in daily life even though you know its bad for you ! anyways im balbbing.. be back later to update!
