Recently, a very tragic thing happened at our school. Jordan, and 8th grader at our junior high school, died from a seizure on his way to a basketball game. He had an older sister, a younger sister, a younger brother, and...a twin brother. I know this has been really hard on our family and our school. We started a monument by taping posters and special things on his locker. This soon spread to the windows and the wall. People didn't have any paper, so they started writing on the windows and the walls. I know our whole school was upset. Most of the boys were crying, almost all of the girls, and even some of the teachers! I didn't know him that well, but I still cried most of the day just seeing how much people cared. This is the biggest thing that's ever happened to me while going to school, because I am only in seventh grade, since 9/11. I was only a 9 year old then, so I didn't fully understand it. Now, reality hit me. Anybody could be gone at any second. The jj effect is to tell your friends that you love them and to never take it for granted. So, we now give EXTRA-TIGHT hugs, and ALWAYS say you love them. Another thing that happened, even though I didn't know him, is that I was so touched I wrote a song. It's called.....Life Goes On.

Life Goes On

Sometimes you just don't know how to feel
