First thing first, last week I weighed 156.5, this week 155.5, not great, but that's okay, next week I'm going to try harder 154 here I come.
Today I went biking 15.2 miles @ 16.1 MPH. Not great, but going up the street, it felt like mollasses, even though I was going at a pretty good pace.
My step-sister and my brother too can spend hours on the computer and not move a muscle, I know I spend some time on here, but not as much, though I want to cut it down. I also went walking to the store, to spend some money I collected over the 4th of July. I got some whiteing tooth paste, and a toothbrush, and some Propel, and a notebook. Wonderful collection, 'eh? The toothpaste is just regular colegate, but my teeth seem just a little yellow on the bottom, bottom, of my teeth.
That's about it, not much pretty dull.
