This week I taught at my old high school Monday and Thursday and I did tutoring at two different middle schools on Tuesday and Wednesday. The teaching days went well; I was in for the same teacher both times. He teaches my sister Kasadee's Modern History class so I got to teach her again. Her classmates think it's hilarious that their friend's sister is teaching them for some reason :S Three of the four classes yesterday were watching movies [two were watching the documentary Waiting for Superman - very good! And the third was a Media Studies class and they were studying Tyler Perry's movies so they finished Madea's Big Happy Family and then started watching For Colored Girls]. 

Tutoring was kinda boring, but not too bad. I'm tutoring both students in grade 8 Math. It's a lot of pressure because you have to make sure that they learn everything so that they're ready for grade 9 and I am not a Math teacher so it's hard for me to explain some of the stuff that they're learning. I know how to do the work but I'm not 100% sure of how to explain it so it makes sense for them. We'll see how it goes I guess. 

I stayed at my parents' house last night after my day of teaching because I felt tired and didn't want to drive back. I came back around lunch time today and my sister Kara and I went out for lunch together because she finished her exams yesterday :) We went to Montana's for lunch - delicious. 

My sister Kyley made it to Australia yesterday :) They were in Fiji for a few days before going to Australia and I think they really enjoyed relaxing in the sun for a few days! I wish I was in Australia with her! 

I feel very tired for some reason...Not sure why, as I slept til 9am today. 

Oh, and I'm working at the store this weekend: 11-7:30 Saturday and 1-4 Sunday. My last shift was April 1, so it's been 3 weeks. Of course I have to work the one weekend in the last 4 that Shawn and I haven't had to go away somewhere; I guess we won't be spending much time together this weekend.
