Week Six Tuesday, October 24, 2006

Hi everyone!! yes you are right ... I DO have a huge smile on my face!! Tonight I lost an amazing 4.4 lbs! That brings my running total to 26.4 lbs in my 6th week!! So ... another 1.5 lbs and I have hit the 2 stone target. I cannot believe it ... and neither can anyone who knows me (haa) as I am usually the one who doesn't do so well and then gives up after about 4 weeks. I still didn't get to grips properly with the excercises yet (boo) but I am going to try and get out on foot if I can and the weather lets me. Yes yes ... I know same old excuses but hey it's wet and cold out there folks! and yes yes!! I KNOW I have enough gym equipment in my living room to start the first branch of Debs Desparation Dungeon but .... and it's not quite as big as last time..... BUT I really have been too busy this week to use the stuff ... no really I HAVE!! I had to go to the studio AND I have had to review the new CD for fixes etc..... this stuff doesn't get done on it's own ya know!!! Anyhooooo ...... tonight we touched on eating patterns ...... the dreaded binge points! I made a chart of the "high points" in my life .... didn't take me long (lol) then plotted what my weight was like at these points. It made interesting reading. Mostly I was a happy weight until I got married! hmmmmm ..... then I got bigger still when I had my son ..... well yes you might say that is fairly normal ....... then it dropped down again while I was dancing and then soared away up and up when I got sick. All this tells me is that inactivity is my downfall..... oh geeps! back to the excercises!!!! Till next time!
