Hi peeps!! why the eighth week wonder you ask? .... well it's cos I WONDER where my weight loss went ROTF!!! Wel, I did loose yes .... but only just under the three pounds required to be "average". When I saw the result of the scales tonight I can honestly say I have never before wanted to BE so average as I did at that moment! I don't usually DO average!! but it would have sufficed tonight. However, peeving aside, I guess a 2.8whatever weight loss is pretty good on the eighth week. After all, everything has to slow to it's own pace now doesn't it?? yes? .... oh good there you are... yes! great. I feel much better knowing you all agree!! LOL Of course, there is my phobia toward excercise to overcome yet. Nope still not doing those ..... still sitting in my chair looking at my Pilates table instead of getting ON the damn thing! The only thing getting excercised is my brain, wishing I was indeed making use of my home gym or at the local one stepping and treadmilling with the best of them! However, to me it all remains a crunch too far I am afraid! I have to admit though I am getting really nervous about Christmas!... no I don't mean that the man down the road is going to turn up at my door at midnight and offer to get into my stocking again!.... what I am worried about is the constant barrage of food adverts and the programmes on TV which will depict Mr & Mrs Soapland eating HUGE amounts of turkey and other festive morsels! God help me I am even beginning to salivate at fast food adverts! yeukkk. Still, I suppose I will just have to look on it all as a test of faith on my part. Faith in ME that is, not to wrestle the cat off the last bit of turkey leg!! It is for that reason that I have decided to make my New Year Resolution early this year.... I promise to abide by the programme at all times over the festive season and pledge to still be going strong on this diet come 2007!! Unlike some lucky people in my class, who may pass onto tastier things quite soon I hear. Well, pretty soon I am gonna be the only one IN the flippin class at this rate!! and who will I moan at then you may ask?...... Brace yourselves!!!!!!!!!!! Till next time
