Wow the end of the day's Daily Nutrition Report is really cool. I like the ease of reporting what you ate/eat. Well have not did my exercises tonight yet, I'm going to do that now and tomorrow learn SparkPeople's fitness app. I hit most of my targets in the nutrition area today and I didn't even know what I was doing yet I was surprised even eating right how the calories add up. Today I focused on fresh and raw. Tomorrow's focus is protein. Terrible news of NW Cat- He had to put his best friend (his cat) to sleep today. My heart and prayers go out to him. May the peace of Jesus descend on him. Just made a crap load of salsa/guacamole. Something doesn't taste right and I can pin point it. I think the tomato had a weird taste to it. I just bought the tomato yesterday. Well time for me to go workout on my bed.
