A short follow-up entry to the love post:

Answers

*Neither here nor there, but my main motivation to write a response was a couple WTF Facebook messages and a comment on the post pleading me to start saying it to Felix. Nobody offended, I'm quite well aware that it sounds insane.

Must say, I'm really enjoying the blog posts, although I do end up navigating away from here to read them and then forgetting to comment on either site. Very interesting stuff!  [In D Major] 6/7/2012 3:37:33 PM
Totally get it, I just still think telling is another way of showing.

Then again, I am a mom who feels 100% overwhelming RELIEF when I am away from my kid for a few hours, not nervousness or stress.  [kerplotchies]

Read the first post too and am still pondering on it. I did realize that I never did I-love-you with Xander until he was able to verbalize it back and it was absolutely promoted and I don't tell the other 2 that I love them. Guess I haven't done it with Elizabeth because she can't parrot back 2+ words yet. It's all unconscious though and I've never thought anything of it until now. [Second Impression] 6/7/2012 6:32:50 PM
Eeeeee! Have you had the latest issue of Taproot yet? Got mine today and i've not had a proper read but there's a whole thing on The Farm that looks even better than soulemama described it in her blog. Swoon!  [In D Major] 6/8/2012 11:03:39 AM
...scratch that...just a short piece with lots of pictures. This'll serve me right for flicking through at the pictures first and reading later! [In D Major] 6/8/2012 11:12:25 AM
I like your answer. I think what you're doing is good for your family. I like the idea of UP but I'm already well on the road to cheering for him when he does something well, and showing my displeasure for some things. I hope not to teach him that my love is conditional. [stilltrying] 6/9/2012 11:01:09 AM
