I'm down 10 pounds now. Not too bad for 3 weeks I guess. I've eaten cheese a few times, and I think I've said this before but sugar seems to be in everything. I must confess that I've had a few small bottles of pepsi as well, but the last time I drank one, I woke up will fat fingers. lol I'm amazed that I even noticed. I drank so much of it before, guess that's why I've never seen it. I'm super curious now to try some meat at the end of the 30 days, JUST to see if I notice anything.
