The two credit cards I wanted to pay off with my tax refund are paid off. It was such a great feeling. I still have two more to pay off which will be paid off by the 15th when I get paid again. Those two are the ones I use and usually pay off every month, but with G not working and after Christmas, it was a little difficult to do that. Since I will be paying them off, I will stay on top of them and pay them off every month. I really don't need to use them, but it's helping G's credit (and mine as well) since his foreclosure, so I will continue to use them. We plan on buying a house in the near future, so getting our credit up as high as possible is in our best interest. G only has one credit card that needs to be paid off and we will tackle that as soon as we can. It really is a relief to know that almost all my credit cards are paid off and I can focus on saving money. I feel like I have a better handle on my life and I can actually enjoy it now. Let's just hope this feeling continues.
