The family reunion is tomorrow and I can hardly wait.

Hubby may not be going with, and that is really fine with me.  He has not been feeling well, and with the heat the way it is, he will want to leave as soon as we get there.  That is not going to happen, nor am I going to have him ruin my reunion. 

I did however find out today that my youngest is being put into AP classes.  She is entering the 6th grade but will be doing work similiar to 7th grade work.  She is very excited and I am very proud of her.

My oldest daughter has decided to go into nursing.  She has to get a few things situated and then she is going to go into nursing school.  Her aunt has really helped her focus more and see that she could be very good at that career.

Family started arriving yesterday and will continue on into tomorrow. 

Dad has decided that he will once again make home-made lemonade for the group.  After some complained about the kids helping a few years back.  People can be so stupid and grumpy when they get older.  Claiming the kids were not staying with the job and going off to do something else and then come back.  No one did that.  We have some fuddy duddies in our family.  We have others complaining about the fact that we are not going to eat until 2.  So what.. take a snack!  We have people coming in from out of town. 

On to more good news!!! I had my sister in law highlight my hair last night and did me a world of good.  I feel some of my spunk coming back.  Just intime for the reunion.

Baby girl and I are going shopping tonight for school clothes and I think I am going to take her to get her nails done.  She will be so excited.  I am so blessed by my kids and grandkids.
