This weekend, I didn't count every single itty bitty calorie that went into my mouth. However, I didn't eat near as much either. I just wasn't hungry, plain and simple. I think my tummy shrank too because when I DID eat, I got full QUICK. And I didn't have anything "bad" for me either! My leg's been really really sore - the mean case of the staph is aching and it's nasty. BAH! Since it's Monday, I have every intention of resuming the calorie counting.
Breakfast: 2 bites of yogurt. 5 cal. I had 2 bites, because I got sidetracked taking pictures for the work instructions, left the yogurt on my desk non-refrigerated for about 3 hours, and it tasted bitter. Ick. Snack: Special K bar - 90 cal Lunch: Big Ole Subway Sandwich - 650 cal Snack: TBD Dinner: Sperghetti - noodles - 200, sauce (1 cup) - 160 cal, veggies - 50 cal. I'm in a hurry and can't write much - I've got sooooo much work do to. Love you all :)
