so I have a problem...

My entire pregnancy I cut caffeine out completely...today I had to get up early so I had a cup of coffee, then another....now im drinking YET another.

I only have a week to go with my pregnancy ...

Do you think this is going to harm the baby if I start drinking coffee agian...or just make him a little energetic??

Thanks Loves

I don't think it will hurt your baby to have a cup of coffee or two... or three. But I'd definitely limit it. If you intent on drinking it on a daily basis, I'd personally limit it to two cups. I drank coffee and soda while I was pregnant and my son is fine. [Shades of Grey] 1/16/2009 10:30:53 PM
RYN: He was a beautiful 8lb 4oz and healthy as a horse. I guess I told myself it was okay because there are women who really do have terrible morning sickness and actually lose weight their whole prego and the baby is fine. I hate this disease.

Have your cup of coffee. Its okay. You're allowed to have a cup or two a day. When I was preg I switched to half caff, so that I could have two cups. [ChelseaDagger]

you're not gonna hurt him, he's completely developed by now. He is gonna get a bit hyper tho, and it will increase his heart rate probably, but so will yours.

You can drink some coffee... just don't have too much coffee.

big hugs! Hope he's due soon! [.Tiny dancer.]

Nah, it won't hurt him this late in the pregnancy. But don't drink more than you already have! Limit yourself to two cups a day till he comes. :D

RYN-

This past summer (July 08) I reached 135. That isn't the highest weight I've ever been (I reached 140 in 06) but I knew I needed to make a change. Since then I've sort of been yo-yoing up and down. But yup, my starting weight was 135!

RYN-

The lowest I've ever been is 112, so I think 110 is a very reasonable goal for me. I hope I can get there soon.

Oh it definitely will fall right off! You'll lose a good 7 pounds just from birthing him, and breast feeding burns massive calories. Plus you'll be up and down a lot feeding/bathing/changing. It'll definitely come off quickly. :D [super.fab!]
