We ran into the freezing northern californian ocean water without a second thought the chill ran down my spine, a spasm of being alive I ran into the sea green waves, dived into the frothy soup, rolled into the sand holding your warm hand we were in paradise, the sun shining timidly on our skin salty kisses, sandy shorts sliding in the surf not a person in sight this is paradise,
We are young and foolish and scared, but here in the crashing sound of waves, the calls of gulls, we just are together, were are just alive.
