Today my parents came over, I was excited because I had not seen them in 2 weeks. They were really excited to see my son, but then they had to talk to me.... 

They proceeded to tell me that after 24 years of marriage, and god knows how many years before that, they have decided to separate. My mom has been wanting to go to counseling, but my dad didn't want to... until now. She sprung it on him last night. I personally think that she is being selfish. See, she recently had a gastric bypass, so she is losing all of her weight. While my sister was down here visiting, they went out almost every night to the clubs and bars. It just really pisses me off.

I don't even want to claim my family anymore.
