There is magic around everywhere.

Yoga class was lovely this morning. So so sweaty. Amos was happy to have his walk when I got home and then breakfast. I drank detox tea last night and I've been running to the bathroom all morning. My insides will be squeaky clean by tonight. LOL

We had Chinese take-away over the weekend. My fortune cookie said "In the midst of your busy day, find time to be a kid."

I've also been seeing spiders everywhere.
